Box #29 - The Final Resupply!

Finally! I sealed up my last resupply box and my apartment no longer looks like an Amazon storage locker. I am sending a total of 29 food boxes for 4-5 months of backpacking. Quite the undertaking, though I'm sure it will be worth it.

Once I start walking my hiker hunger will set in fast, and I need to be prepared . As a vegan, I can't depend entirely on trail towns to offer enough vegan friendly fare to fuel my insatiable appetite.
